   Pretty rude. I called up to make a booking and they ask for a deposit stating that some people don't show up. He said don't need to call, just go online and so you can pay for a deposit. With the below replied it pretty much confirms that my above experience is true. I don't think you understand your rudeness. It's the way how to told people to pay deposit online and refuse booking over the phone. You have no service and totally put people off to do any business with you. And now you accept that the way you do your business is fine, once again refusing to accept any customers opinion. Although you may have the skills to cut hair and you may already have a lot of business, and you don't bother any more new businesses. But your replied comment shows the attitude of how you run your business and how much you do not accept customers reviews. One good thing about you is that you are very honest and It's great you gave such reply so other people know I am telling the truth.

   A great barbershop! The haircut provided was at a standard above other barbers, really clean and well blended. Friendly service and a really clean shop. The hot towel at the end was a great touch. Highly recommended.

   Had a post lockdown appointment which is also my first time to the barber. The booking system is easy and hopefully will stay for a while since you know you won’t have to wait in line booking was for 2:30 started exactly on time and out the door just before 3. Ian was my barber he was very good, asked what I wanted and I am happy with my result. I’m not very picky with my haircuts so what made this barber shop stand out was the friendly staff, attention to detail, punctuality and even a hot towel at the end which was much appreciated. Will be back
