   MARGARET WINDROSS. As soon as I walked in I was helped immediately by her. She was so amazing, so friendly and attentive to detail. She helped me pick out earrings and a bracelet for my Mum’s birthday. She went to the uttermost care and provided excellent service for myself and she even went to the troubles of wrapping the gifts so beautifully for her. Thank you Margaret!

   Had such lovely service today from Serena, I came in just wanting to buy a ring sizer to take home, but Serena went all out and helped me size 3 different fingers, wrote them all down for me and even went out of her way to clean my current rings for me. She had such a sweet presence about her too. Always love coming to the Silverdale Walker and Hall, the ladies there are so welcoming!

   Wonderful branch. Staff are so friendly and helpful. They listen carefully to what you want, and assist you to get exactly what you want, whether it be a purchase or a repair/alteration to existing jewellery. Recently had a ring and a bracelet adjusted, and was quoted up to 2 weeks for return, but both were returned within just a few days. And, thank you to Margaret, who gave lots of our jewellery a complimentary clean while we waited. It was much appreciated!
