βI took my daughter in for her first dental appointment and it went great, she was so happy as everyone was very nice and helpful. Their service was excellent with phone and text messages reminding the appointment time. The clinic was very tidy and clean too. I thought Iβd give a review as I was worried at first reading all the bad reviews.β

βWe had the most wonderful experience today at the clinic. Despite not being able to make contact via the phone at the start, I was called back and had an appointment made promptly. Not only that, but when we arrived we were appointed Dentist Rehutai, who recognised that we spoke Te Reo MΔori and adapted to speak to my children and I in Te Reo. It was a truly calming and inviting experience. Our whΔnau feel very fortunate to have our local children's dentist acknowledge our tuakiritanga and also it left us feeling empowered and inspired by our wΔhine MΔori who are healthcare providers as they create a space that is safe for us to be MΔori and that our needs are met. βMy experience with Eastmed Doctors stretches over many years and I can highly recommend this practice. Louise de Candole, our GP, is excellent, caring, professional and thorough. I feel fortunate to have her as our GP. Lesley McLeod, her nurse is very experienced, caring and incredibly helpful. I have never had any issues with the reception staff, who are sometimes very busy, as are all the staff in the practice. This is how it is in our post-Covid world, where there is a shortage of medical professionals, across all areas of the health sector). I have always found that if you treat people with respect and the way you would expect to be treated, you will receive the same type of response in return.β

βWe had such a great experience with this dentist. All the staff we spoke to were lovely. Fern was amazing and took great care checking my 8 year olds teeth. Also provided us with great advice and answered any questions I had. Thank you!!β
