“When I started looking for the kitchen, I visited few big names first that are fronted by the sales teams in swanky retail spaces, rather than people actually doing the work. Those experiences left me with a belief that I'll have to get a flatpack kitchen from the hardware store to fit into my budget. However, when I met Vernon, he offered an amazing customer service, which enabled me to get a custom designed high quality kitchen at a reasonable price. Throughout the whole process, Vernon was very responsive, and made the effort to be available to discuss my requirements and any concerns. Nothing was impossible for him, and also he was able to make practical suggestions where needed, patiently answering all my questions, and updating kitchen plans and 3d views as I tweaked the design to work with chosen appliances. Vernon always kept me informed, and worked hard to fit into my timelines. He was the only tradesman on the substantial renovation project that I didn't have to worry about. We were so impressed with his attitude, skill, communication and quality of the finished product, that we ended up getting him to fit out the laundry, and make a custom back porch cabinet as well.
