“Good serving sizes and friendly staff. Had by far my favourite cold noodle dish here.”
“Great food variety. Food prices have increased since the a few months ago we had a dine-in here. But overall a good place for dinner.”
“Lunch menu starts from $22 per dish. A little pricey but understandable as they serve complimentary Chinese tea and soup and the portions were huge! One dish can actually feed two people but we wanted to try both the roast duck and roast pork. Roast duck was delicious and duck oil coated the rice, making every bite a delight. Roast pork was tender yet had a wonderful crunchy skin. Admittedly, towards the end, it got a bit cloying as it was quite rich but the Chinese tea helped in refreshing our palates. Unexpectedly the restaurant is bigger on the inside and looks like any typical Chinese restaurant. Service was fast (don't blink) - received our food within 15 minutes. Staff were pretty welcoming upon our entry into the restaurant and assisted promptly when we needed anything but otherwise left us to our meal, which we appreciated. They also sell various ingredients at the cashier - chilli oil, peanuts, salted fish, duck wings, duck feet etc. May need a translation tool though. A whole roast duck for takeaway is $50 and they very kindly entertained my request to have the bones separated. Would happily recommend and return.”
“The food is always good and the service is fast, I love spicy and sower and I get a great combination at Eden noodles. Just love it, dine in or take-away. Recommend”
“Yumcha is a favorite way of eating and sharing Chinese cuisine. Imperial Palace is a great way to enjoy a Sunday brunch with friends and family with large tables and plenty of space. There are plentiful dishes to choose from and the staff even comes around with carts like you find in China. The food is delicious and make sure you order tea as it is a must.”
“Really good food ... excellent pekin duck , excellent roasted crispy pork ! Good prices .”
“Authentic fried skewers, recommended stinky tofu, chicken chops, chicken skewers and QQ chicken racks”
Jack’s Corner Cafe (Takeaways) 謝記 (香港) 茶檔 leans into a simple, bistro‑style approach with tidy execution. Front‑of‑house runs with calm, helpful energy. Plates offer plenty without weighing things down. Value feels fair for the quality.
“Fresh homely cooked door, big portions for little cost,”
“To be honest, the taste is not bad, the side dishes go well with the wine, and the price is not high. 6 people ate 320 yuan and ordered two pot bottoms. If they didn’t finish eating, they had to pack it. The best thing is that several people drank until 1 o’clock in the morning Half, the boss is not in a hurry for us to leave. There are really not many places like this on the North Shore. I recommend it.”
“Great food, awesome selection of so many different types of cuisine and they all taste great!”
“Quality chinese food experience with a wide range of choices. Food so delicious”
“The beef sizzling dish with rice is the nicest dish ive tasted from this place, ive had it twice so far, have yet to try the other dishes on their menu.”
“Best steamed buns and xiao long bao. Highly recommend if you want to try. Workers were nice and patient.”
“best dumplings by far you can get, fresh and tastiest available good service.”
