I think it may be newer owners as the food is Indian and Pizza now which seems different to earlier reviews. They were also more than happy to make us a vegan meal. “⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently had a party at Hunters Inn Sports Bar and it was absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, perfect for celebrating with friends and family. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly – super friendly and attentive throughout the night. Food and drinks were delicious, and the service was fast even though the place was busy. Everyone had a great time, and we’ll definitely be coming back for more events. “I’ve consistently admired the friendly yet professional service delivered by Starbucks staff across the various branches I’ve visited. Whether in New Zealand or abroad, they maintain a welcoming atmosphere and high standards, and this particular branch is no exception. Although I’ve only sampled a few beverages here, they’re the same ones I typically order, and I’m pleased to report they’re prepared with the same consistency and flavor I’ve come to expect. Cleanliness at this location is on par with other major cafés in New Zealand. One area for potential improvement is the WiFi setup. While complimentary access is appreciated, WiFi signal distribution across the store is inefficient. If you are studying or working and need to use their complementary WiFi, you may need to find good signal, which is near their office or bathroom area. This can be easily improved by relocating their modem/router, upgrading it or using a repeater.”
