    I have tried to drink/eat here 3 times since it opened but each time the service has been so poor that I have had to walk out. I cannot rate the food or coffee as I have never got to try it. My suggestion is that if you are going to offer very slow counter service that you should have more than one person serving. Also please don't allow people to jump the queue, this may be your patrons fault, but you have a responsibility to manage it.
