“I am sorry for my previous review as it was from a place of upset due to not receiving the item I paid for. I have since learnt that someone up the road from my place has received the package and helped themselves to my son's jacket. They have decided to be an awful human being and keep the jacket for themselves. So I would like to change my review and thank you for sending me a new jacket without taking payment or accepting payment and making sure I receive it (which I have). I would also like to thank you for deescalating this issue & being professional. Thank you & I hope to keep supporting your business. Didn't got the right bright starts gym as the batteries were leaked old and leaked. Generally they don't have AA batteries but this piano does have which made me wondered.
