   Giving a 2 star, simply as disappointing to see the off cut lamb chops be pushed up to $20 a bag!!!! But rough, when they started at $12, then to $15 which was okay. But now at $20 a bag we will be purchasing these anymore. Once a beautiful and cheap meal for my large family, has now turned to extremely expensive and over priced. Would be better off buying normal chops!!!

   Absolutely do not recommend for fresh meat. We have had 3 instances over the past 6-8 months where we have purchased meat which has been off, to the point of stinking out the entire building. Only returned as we like to support Dunedin business. Terrible customer service, had to go back into store four times to get a replacement roast as the communication between staff and management did not exist. No apology, no money back - even though their website promotes 100% money back guarantee. No accountability whatsoever for a company which is supposed to specialize in quality fresh meat!

   Quality of meat just isn't there at the moment. Better off going to a supermarket or spending a bit more. I chucked out a roast from there today. Just suspect smell, but can't get bothered going back as it's out of my way.

   Seems to be reasonable place to shop. Certainly spent more than I expected. Still, if you don't often get to town for vittles, then get it while it's good. Lot of imported meats from all sorts of countries.

   Bought $100 of chicken breasts and had to freeze them. I'm sure they were drenched in water before packing. The price may be cheap but quality reflects that.

   I love coming here for the specials and meat quality, but today had a lovely lady called Sharna who just did the most to help me find what I was looking for! Offering to get me different cuts or meats, etc. give this woman a raise!
