"We got flooded last October experiencing property, and emotional damage. The property damage has been repaired for a coupke of months now. I'm in the process of installing french drains and a sump but the work is incomplete and there are flood qarnings in place. I went to the shop having seen online that they sell large petrol water pumps. It was late in the day and i was helped to get the largest pump available afyer gwtting solid advice. I then had to quickly move on and get tje hoses i needes elsewhere before the rains came in. While looking for hose I rexeived a call from the staff member that sold me the pump. He'd been reseaeching where i could gey hose from of the right size and realised that i wouldn' be able to do so locally at short notice. He'd found some for me locally for the next sized pump. I returned to the shop and he had the smaller pump fueled up and ready for me just as the shop was due to close. I got the hose I needed exactly where he said I would locally and was able to get ready for the rains coming. Fortunately the rains were not as heavy as last year but we were at least able to have some comfort through the night. So very grateful to the Dunedin Team Thank you guys."

Extremely poor service, didn't do the job I asked. Had to get the job done elsewhere for which they did for half the price. Had to threaten legal action to recieve a refund. Best avoid this establishment.

Didn't know how to unspool the cord from my weedeater so I came in and Shane showed me exactly how to sort it out and do it all myself within a few minutes. Total legend.
