   This is an absolutely awesome place to stay with kids or as a couple. The view from top of the hill, overseeing Dunedin, is amazing whether day or night. The assorted animals are so much fun and interactive. They will make the kids' day! This is a really good way to relax for a few days with family.

   Disappointed with this property for the price it is. The property has an 8.4 out of 10 rating but I'm not sure how. The room we were in is advertised as a queen room but it only has 2 single beds with extremely uncomfortable pillows and is very small. The bathroom is shared and the water pressure is extremely weak. It also takes about 5 minutes for the water to warm up. The bath is the size of a laundry tub and when we read the information about the property it asked you to dispose of toilet paper in the bin rather than flushing it down the toilet which is a health and hygiene issue. The owner of the property tried to charge us $220 a night which we managed to get down to $180 a night which is still very overpriced for what it was. There is also a dog which was chained up the entire time we were there. Overall very disappointed with the room, bathroom and location for the price. Do not recommend.
