   Stay here regularly for work trips. Rooms are always clean and tidy and warm enough if you're want. Bathroom clean and showers are great. Owners are super friendly. Plenty of restaurants and takeaways within talking distance. Always recommend to friends, colleagues and customers to stay there

   Clean family room away from the busy road. Towels changed every day, dishes done, beds remade - better service than what I'm used to! Nice pressure shower. Spa bath is a regular little bath with two jets so don't get excited about that one. Wall heater in the room heated the space nicely as it was very cold at night - Dunedin in November felt like winter to me! Right across the field is the Otago Uni campus and a lovely coffee shop - Good Earth. Great location for conferences at the uni and access to the Botanic Garden walks .A solid 15 min walk to the shops in the centre.

   Spot on place. Arrived late to a lovely, friendly greeting and the best motel room I've come across in NZ. Spotlessly clean, well presented, warm, comfortable and a bed big enough for it's own postcode. I usually like to try out different hotels, but this will be my default choice for Dunedin in the future.
