   Large apartment clean, a little old (but what part of Dunedin isnt) only issue we had was that the entire apartment floor/stairs squeaked/creaked not quietly either. .(102) I'm sure the neighbours across the way heard us walking around. The workers were friendly, shower was awesome, complimentary news paper. Also free washing machine available but the dryers were out of order. If you just need somewhere to sleep and not expecting the Ritz this place will be suitable. Dairys close by.

   This place was fine. Was rather dated and in need of some upgrading but the room was clean and comfortable, the people were friendly and helpful and the service was good. Our unit was very spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. An easy walk to town and the museum with plenty to do nearby.

   My family recently stayed there to find out there’s black mould in one bedroom dirt in the lounge window on the inside and they leave a note saying don’t cook fish or smelly food or you will have to pay $150 for a cleaner there’s dust everywhere but rent this dive out we had children 2 being babies and 2 other children it’s dangerous putting people in place s with black mould you cannot even rent a house now with black mould how do yous get away with it I don’t recommend staying here at all

   Upon booking in the lovely receptionist Kate met and greet with me a warm smile and welcoming vibes. She made check in so easy and made sure we were all accomadated and had had everything we needed on arrival. Thank you Kate for an enjoyable and warm arrival.

   While the unit is extremely dated, however they at least are large and the bathroom has been tidied up and the motel is in a good location. However that is where the positives stop. The unit is freezing with louve windows in places. Not all windows have curtains. The 3 small extremely ancient plug in heaters are no where near sufficient and the 'extra' blankets are pointless. The walls are damaged, desperately need repainted and there are even holes in some walls. The real kicker was on arrival we were told the neighboring student flat would be having a large party and if we dont like it to call noise patrol! 3 kids and the walls are rattling with noise. Absolutely awful situation and would never recommend this motel to any person ever. We will be sleepless tonight

   We, a family of 3, stayed one night on our way through to central Otago. Obviously we can only comment on the room we were in, but we were so happy with it! Bottom level, separate bedroom, huge bathroom, full kitchen that was fully equipped. Clean, quiet, beautiful garden outside. Would definitely stay here again; very pleased.

   a very good place for the price. Plenty of room for a family. Lots of loud noise from the pub across the street. Free laundry! Poor internet.

   Picked our keys up from the desk. Had to call them to ask about free wifi, they didnt give details on arrival and again had to ask about how to access the laundry room. No info in the room that says about this. The shower was very poor, the pressure was shocking, couldn't even wash my hair. Other than that it was okay. Unless the pressure on shower was to improve I wouldn't use them again.
