    Went into this store this week to ask about an upcoming book release (a very popular one!) The service I received from an older lady was awful, she was so rude and made me feel like I was crazy for asking if they would have the book in store. She said no and I left and went elsewhere. It’s a shame because the rest of the staff have always been lovely. I’ve noticed a few other bad reviews about this staff member also …

    Will never go back here. Everytime I've been here I have had extremely unfriendly service (from an older lady inparticular). Don't work in customer service when you are so unhappy !

    Every time I have been in here I feel extremely uncomfortable as the staff blatantly follow customers around, standing one to two metres away and watching. They don’t even bother to try and be subtle about it, and when you move to another aisle they tailgate you. When you’re shopping for someone else and not sure what you want to buy and just want to browse it makes it really uncomfortable as you feel as though you’re being treated like you’re going to steal. I know others who have had this same experience too, so wasn’t just me. Not a nice feeling at all.

    What a great selection to choose from for an 11yr boy who is sporty, enjoys a challenge, reads a wide range of titles or simply wants some fun. Didn't browse too long, found some fun and laughter for the whole family. Very good service. Will definitely go back.

    Great book shop with friendly/helpful staff. Large range of books for all ages with multiple genres. They also have stationery, calenders, planners etc and games. Recently purchased trivial pursuit from there. Recommend.
