I understand at Christmas time the customer service steps up a notch but I felt like I was being interrogated. I wasnβt allowed to just browse I told a staff member I was just having a look, at he just starts listing the soaps he likes to me. Itβs was a bit overkill, Iβm happy to say if I need help.
Walked in the store and a staff member was sitting on the floor sorting out tickets. I was ignored by the three staff members who were busy chatting to each other. There were 3-4 other people in the shop at the time. I've had nothing but outstanding good service from other Lush stores.
A PRETTY PINK FAIRY PARTY!!!!! First thing I have to say is... AMAZING JOB!!! Not only was everyone having the time of our lives, with the mocktails ( very yummy) vegan cookies and such amazing cotton candy!! The bubble bar making had us all in awe and amazement!! 10/10 event to the team!!! Can't wait to join on the next night of wonder you all have for us next!!!
The first place I think of when I need some self love/care! The store is so vibrant and inviting. Smells amazing. Full of colour. So many beautiful products to choose from. The staff are always super warm and friendly. Very knowledgeable too! Always recommend LUSH.
I walked into Lush Northlands CHCH and was immediately overwhelmed by smells and the number of products on display, I didnβt know where to start. Vanessa immediately greeted me and asked if I needed help, and I was grateful! Vanessa was so lovely. So knowledgeable, Vanessa knew the products by name and was able to list the main ingredients of each one they recommended. They gave me a demonstration to help me choose, and was happy to give me some samples to try when I couldnβt decide yet! I felt looked after and had such a good time in store thanks to Vanessa. I will be so happy to come back and buy what I need from them! Thank you!
I find the staff knowledgeable about the ingredients in the products and most importantly respectful of the need for personal space. Love that I am Left to browse if thatβs what I want or given suggestions if thatβs what I want
First time shopping here and had such a great experience. The salesperson was super helpful when I described the gift I was searching for. Found the perfect gift box and she took me through the store to trial each of the items in the box!!
