   I walked from Onetangi beach hoping for some decent sushi. The only menu options available were premade/frozen rolls that are deep fried in oil. I’m sure they’re ok when cooked well, but the fish was still frozen inside. I would’ve asked for a refund but the staff was not present. I ate the outer layer of fried rice and threw the rest away. There’s a nice little shaded seating area adjacent to the truck.

   Although tasty, We Paid $17 for the tiniest piece of fish and apparently 2 scoops of chips which was barely a handful. Bad value for money.

   Ordered three pieces of fish and got 2 and a bit. Literally 12 chips between two people when I ordered a scoop. $30. Daylight robbery.

   Stunning fish and chips! Crispy but light fish batter which didn’t leave you with that greasy feeling you often get after fish and chips. The chips were also nice, large thick cut chips with just enough seasoning and crispness to provide a great compliment to the fish. The real surprise package though was the deep-fried cauliflower. Vegetarian never tasted so good!
