The BEST kept, not so, secret specialty coffee cafe on the island. Similar to cafes you’d discover in European cities tucked in a nook/cranny, the vibrations here are restorative and rejuvenating. The chill music and amazing furniture allow for your feet to rest. The food and beverages are all carefully curated and meant for nourishment in every sense with many organic products. There’s even some shelves displaying unique items. The the owners are lovely. Thanks Sonja & Ruby.

Great little cafe in Ostend. Run by mother and daughter team, who both are very friendly. The cafe had a lovely vibe and feels like a great place to be. Matcha late was amazing - no refined sugar added, just a bit of honey on the side. Sourdough toast with homemade hummus was also delicious. I had a lovely conversation with Sonya, the owner - I could tell she's put her heart and sole in this business. I'll definitely come back next time I am in Waiheke.
The best cafe on the Waiheke island. Such a cozy place with a good taste of music. Go there and enjoy their tasty coffee!
What an amazing wee spot. The pour over coffee and the tea were served beautifully. The staff were lovely, engaging and accommodating. The selection of mercy ranged from an excellent selection of board games, stationary, oils and tea paraphernalia. Would highly recommend stopping in!
I love coming here! Must be a few times a week now. The attention to detail is high with custom Waiheke made furniture and unique products. Super cozy vibes and a really nice spot to come and hang out for a chat and treat! I don’t think anywhere else on island provides drip coffee and boy do these guys have it down to a science! Super yum coffee which I haven’t had elsewhere on Waiheke. Highly recommend.
The Loft is our go to local hangout, it's the most carefully designed place on Waiheke with a great vibe and excellent service. The coffee is presented in an innovative way and a great representation of the slow movement. Love that tea lovers like me can choose from an exquisite range of premium loose leaf tea and enjoy it with a delicious cake! Sonja is the host with the most ❤️
