   Worst communication I've experienced in a long time. I placed an order with this company and kept getting told that the quote would be a few days. This went on for about a month. Had to keep chasing them up for it. I was then given a very specific time to collect my order, drove all the way in to be told at the desk that I can't collect it because there is another order in the way. They own forklifts there and could have easily moved things around. I think there just was a bit of Friday CBF. Then I got told it would be ready early the following week and they would be in touch. I received no further communication for two weeks. I don't mind delays but it is important to communicate. I've finally got the product now which seems OK so two stars but I won't ever order from this company again.

   Very bad experience with their online services. We asked for a quote on bricks the the lady I dealt with never came back on time and no responses at all . Really not satisfied!!
