   I took my wife shopping on Sat 28th October to get clothes for her new job. One lady was eating behind the counter and other was chatting to her. We were totally ignored even when my wife had an arm full of clothes to try on. We left and shopped elsewhere. The service in this store had dropped since we were there last.

   Please ring job applicants when you say you’re going to. My daughter attended two interviews and was told she would be contacted last Friday. She waited all day and heard nothing. Would have been nice for her to at least be told she was unsuccessful.

   Shopped at K+K today to try on a funky green jacket that just came in, and the shop assistant Jayne was super helpful. Showed me all their sales they had on, helped me with sizing and also showed me some other tops to go with the jacket. Very happy with my purchases and it was so refreshing having Jayne to assist me and I walked away feeling really good. Looking forward to shopping there again soon.

   I popped in today for a quick browse, first time I had ever seen the store. After leaving, had to jump straight on here to leave a review. The saleswoman on today was FANTASTIC! As a cancer survivor whose body has been all over the show, she made me feel BEAUTIFUL something I haven't felt for a long time. Her kind words, uplifting nature and genuine compassion had me in tears. Thank you for seeing 'me' and helping me find the right dress. You made more of a difference than you could possibly know.

   Honestly some of the best customer service I've ever experienced! Sue and Abbie at the K&K store in Te Awa deserve so much more than a pay rise after they made my day! Someone get them a bouquet of flowers each because they are the true definition of beautiful, selfless people❤️ will be coming here again!!!
