   Was super busy for Black Friday but they made me feel like I was the only one in there. They greeted me, ensured I knew the deals of the day, offered to pop my items in the dressing room, continued checking on me and got my items ready at the counter while I still looked around. The staff were all very happy and as if they loved to be there which made it nicer to shop on such a busy day. All staff were great but Amy served me most and was amazing!

   Thank you!! Sadly i shopped at the centerplace today and bought nothing and it was terrible service and thats hard for me to write but Wow the staff at the Base were amazing!!! I tried on the same things with minor accessories and I had in total 3 girls helping me with sizing and suggestions and felt very much appreciated. I'm not a regular shopper and my outfit walking in certainly pointed that out however it looked like the service to me was the same to all despite me possibly not buying anything. I walked out $146.00 less but this is about the only shop I don't regret buying from, I feel sad that i cant point out the staff by name because I'd love them all to receive recognition but honestly I think they are like this everyday so I'm sure everyone knows. Great service, great banter and great clothes. Will return to this branch.

   Staff discrimination.. staff asked to use mask while changing the cloths. No problem but same staff was chatting another customer while she was changing cloths without mask..
