   Worst experience. Manager doesn’t know how to talk very irresponsible manager I ever seen. We got capsule for rent when we returned the capsule. They found my guess watch in capsule and they called me that they found watch and i can collect from store. When i went to the store they said they kept in counter but somebody took, like really??? When talked to manger politely she talked very loudly in-front of my kids. No apology nothing blaming on me that why I left my watch in capsule. Really disappointed.( I don’t know why they use these words on phn that we will keep it safe you can come and collect from the store.)

   Worst shopping experience—overcharged four times! I will not be returning to this Baby Factory. Four times in a row, I’ve been overcharged because the sticker prices are never accurate. Each time, I get home, look at the receipt, and realize I’ve paid more than the listed price. First time: A pair of pants was on sale for $5, but I paid full price $10. Second time: I was charged twice for a pyjama set, overpaying by $15. Most recent visit: A drink bottle stickered at $14.95 ended up costing me $20. This reflects poor management and careless employees. Having worked in retail myself, I know it’s their job to check the screen and ensure accuracy—but that clearly doesn’t happen here. The customer service is nonexistent, and these repeated errors are unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

   Worst experience , we bought a baby pram and they give us defective piece, we always face problem while folding and we don’t know it’s defective piece cause its our first time experience with pram. We talk about the problem with “CINDIE” and she said its your fault not baby factory staff, and she didn’t get any solution….

   We recently had a great experience with the customer service team at Baby factory Te Awa base hamilton. We had a question about a product that we had purchased, and it was able to get in touch with a representative quickly and easily. The both representatives were friendly and helpful, and they were able to answer my question in a clear and concise way. I was very impressed with the level of customer service that I received, and I would definitely recommend Baby Factory to others.
