   I usually enjoy shopping at Hallenstein Brothers Te Rapa and appreciate their good service. During my today’s visit, the staff member with black curly hair spoke to us quite rudely when we left some clothes on the fitting room rack. I understand staff need to keep the area tidy, but the tone used was unnecessary and disappointing. A bit more politeness would make the shopping experience much better.

   We usually shop at Hallenstein Brothers and have always liked their clothes and service. But this time, when we visited the store, we tried a few items and didn’t find anything we liked. We left the clothes on the fitting room rack, and the staff member with black curly hair told us “don’t do this” in a rude tone. It was disappointing because we’ve always been regular customers. We understand staff need to keep the fitting rooms tidy, but there’s a polite way to communicate that. The attitude really put us off shopping here again.

   Friendly staff and good customer service. Don’t know their names unfortunately but two of their workers helped me out with a positive vibe and even helped me out to know which items are on sale. Highly recommend shopping here.

   I was disappointed with the service at checkout today. After I paid, my item was pushed aside without any acknowledgment or thanks. Basic courtesy and good customer service were missing, which left a poor impression. It was a lady with no sense of customer service. Plz advise accordingly.

   The young lady who served me seemed disinterested and disengaged — there was no greeting, no smile, and no small talk during the exchange process. In today’s retail environment, where many businesses are facing challenges, I would have expected a more welcoming and customer-focused approach. After all, it’s customers who help keep businesses going and contribute to staff wages. A little friendliness can go a long way in leaving a positive impression and encouraging return visits.

   Today I was served by Lungisani N (As shown on receipt) Bro has A+ Customer Service. Hes very knowledgeable when it comes to what he's selling. He was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable while browsing. Gave me tips on what T's would suit what. Bro is top class and knows how to change a bad mood into a good one, as he did for me today. Your the man bro. @NorthBeachTeRapa should take notes from Lungisani.

   I wanted to hype up Aroha-Jean (as said on receipt) for her awesome service today. It's rare to find someone who will treat you not only as a customer but a friend as well. We don't usually like going into stores but she brightened the whole place up, had a laugh with her, and went out of her way to find the sizes we were looking for. Big ups to her ❤️
