Prana Family Health was always recommended to us by our friends, but we were quite unsure at times. The process from enrollment to seeing Dr. Vikas was just so smooth and easy. All emails were promptly replied back, Takanini branch staff was so helpful, welcoming, tidy and respectful. Just felt amazing and ofcourse after seeing the doctor we were so satisfied, had smiles on our face when we walked out of the doctors: time was taken to listen and examine the cause, very polite and humble. We've been with Prana health takanini & based past experiences with other medical practices, by far this is one of the best medical clinic we've been too. Both staff and doctors are extremely co-operative and welcoming. Goon on you Prana!
Been with Prana for over 7-8 yrs. Dr Vikas is one of the best GP here however the service doesn’t seem to be how it was in the previous years. Tried calling few times and wait time was way too long and now the clinic remains closed on weekends.
