A great dinner to share combo B. Very well priced. Unfortunately we weren't given the Naan bread but the rest was great and they have promised an extra next order, thanks. The butter chicken was really moist & cut to a good size in a tasty sauce. I particularly liked the onion bahji. Will certainly become a regular.
Had an excellent trip here for lunch, the owners are very kind and the food was good. We all left with full stomachs for $13.99 each.
I dnt often leave reviews but I very much feel to do so for this place. First was very pressed with the menu setout. Great descriptions of dishes and breakdown of calories, fat etc. Option to have no added suger, salt. Amazing. I live in Melbourne and never come across this. Chef wrote it himself so not only a great chef, great food by the way. He and staff are as charming and funny as food is good. Sad I have only just found them. Would like to stay here longer so I can return. Great proces also and yes good portions.
Not somewhere I'd recommend, don't like anything on the menu ( having tasted at least 10 different dishes) But please make up your own mind, I'm not a big spicy food fan. As for the service, they don't seem to understand anything I say, don't seem to have a grasp of even the most basic English, and with that the atmosphere is tense, and it doesn't smell too flash either.
Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best indian meal we had while in Christchurch . Highly recommend! Food was so authentic and tasty, naan was so delicious as well. quality and tastes of everything was outstanding.
Had my husbands birthday there, we had a party of 30 including 10kids. We spent nearly $700 and it was worth every cent! honestly they were accommodating to both us and our kids! They lets us put the kids tv shows on and made each dish to our liking! food was amazing!! The waiter explained to each and everyone one of us certain dishes and was super kind, the Chef is super lovely and the best! And the staff came out to sing happy birthday too! So Thank you guys!!! So lovely!!! You made our night! Highly recommend!
Use to love this place, food just isn't that good anymore. The photo is lamb palak (spinach) curry...but very lacking in any spinach!
They have a great lunch deal. But their dinner menu is a little bit pricey. Average price but small portion compared to other Indian. The place is good, not too crowded, clean with clean toilet. The food taste is good although not the best curry in my life. Will give 5 stars if not pricey.
Beautifully cooked. Nice balance of spices to give a nice taste. Very tasty and yummy food. We tried 3 different dishes and all were delicious. Highly worth while going to check it out.
Comfort dining place for Indian food, taste and service was good. Variety options for menu or lunch special is one of the best.
