Terrible returns policy. You can get a refund only for products bought online but not in store. Tried to return a rug that was advertised as one size but when measured was actually shorter so insufficient for purpose it was purchased.
Have been to Citta a few times now, only went back because I unfortunately was gifted a voucher for my birthday-I find the staff unwelcoming and very snobby and feel like I cannot shop without being watched. I hate shopping at this store and won’t be back despite the balance remaining on my gift card. Very disappointing as I really like the products they sell.
today we experienced a well professional service in the Hamilton Base store. Ella prepared the service , & Jamie finished the upgrade to another cushion, we bought earlier. Highly friendly service with ideas to find the best solution. thank you BASE team. we, "Family Nickel" are regulars.
I’ve shopped at Citta for many happy years but today I was uncomfortably stalked in store by the sales lady. She would not give me any space to look or even think, with constant interrogating questions and statements. I still made a purchase but I regret that already. I couldn’t leave fast enough. Shop online it’s safer
Città is one of my favourite stores. If you love a simple decor style then it's a great place to visit. It was a perfect place to buy a wedding gift.
I wish I could give no stars for this store! I've been twice and going back the 2nd time was as much a mistake as the first time but I had to give them the benefit of the doubt. The staff are unwelcoming, unfriendly and unhelpful, in fact the way they stare and then talk quietly between themselves is intimidating and rude, quite frankly gives the impression that they're discussing you, unfavorably obviously by the grimacing looks and faces they pull. I won't be giving them another chance.
Good customer service from friendly knowledgable staff. Its great seeing some quality New Zealand made merchandise. Would definitely recommend if your looking for some quality soft finishings to finish off your home.
