Allways good service from these guys. But there suppliers let them down with lack of stock.
Our spa pool was in working order, the technician came to show us how to use it and when he left it no longer worked. I tried to come to a solution but all they would offer was the part at cost plus their labour costs, over $1000. Not a good compromise and he didn’t even apologise!! Do not use these guys.
Top service. Great response, turnround times for our repairs and replacements for our ancient spa pool. Thanks Lindsey. I'm sure you dread me making contact but you are very professional, courteous and friendly. 3 probably or more times you have been out to fix/replace different things. Maybe we just get a new spa next time...
Went looking. Good info. Well presented. No hard sell. From here went to Hot Springs Spa where service was non existent and presentation terrible
