   When we entered we got snapped at by the worker telling us to take our food and put it back in the car. We enquired about the drink we had if that was ok and rudely told you can only drink drinks purchased on site. If we hadn't been spoken to like we were 12year Olds we might of actually stayed and used a private pool and then brought a couple of burgers and drinks . When we said ok we will go elsewhere she replied "Fine ,then leave" yet again in a rude manner of someone who shouldn't be in customer Services. Management or the owner needs to pull this worker into line ,and if it was the owner talking like this then they wont be in business for long if you talk to people like that!

   Absolutely love coming to this place. Such a nice reset from the busy pace. Child friendly. Staff are amazing, the hot pool is mineral and gentle on sensitive skin. Bonus area for delicious food and a place for young ones to run. Our favourite hot pool!! Next on list trying out the mini golf.

   Just perfect! We had booked a private pool for 1/2 hr which was exactly enough time to sit and enjoy the lovely warm water. The pool was spotlessly clean with its own shower and toilet. We decided to stay for an early lunch and shared a kiwi burger which was delicious. The coffee was strong and hot. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely recommend

   I absolutely loved the Oropi Hot pools, surrounded by trees gave a peaceful feel and I had the pool to myself! The staff are awesome! I chatted to one of the girls, she said they are at present building an 18 hole putting range and carpark. The food in the cafe is yummy and you get huge portions for a reasonable price. I definitely will go back and recommend to all.

   Absolutely loved Oropi Hot Pools. Staff and what I assume was the owner were incredibly friendly and accommodating people. Very clean area, large main pool with a delightful temp. I loved the nature surrounding the pool to look at. Friends and I went later in the day before closing, they were very friendly and didn't rush us out before closing. Excited to ty the cafe and food next time. Will be coming back!! Wish it was open more days of the week!

   It's a hidden gem. Excellent facilities. Service was great from the moment we walked in. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the private spa. Even more so with the open roof as it was raining. The hot spring pool is very well maintained and it was very quiet for a Saturday lunch soak. Overall would recommend to anyone looking for a hot spring spa and soak.
