   Pleasantly surprised with these new owners. Welcomed and friendly service, nice large portions and coffee very well made. Would love to see a bit more home baking in the fridge but all in all very good.

   Staff were so welcoming and chatty. My birthday was mentioned quickly when we ordered and they brought out a cake with a candle! Couldn’t have been more impressed by the food and service. Absolutely will be back!!

   Fantastic experience. The service was excellent as soon as we entered. Food was delicious, well priced and arrived promptly and at perfect temperature. Atmosphere was the relaxed vibe it's always been with the beautiful old cat that was there when I first came here 12 years ago, fast asleep on the bench. We'll be back again.

   I ordered a savoury scone and flat white coffee for my lunch today. The scone was tasty and very small. They gave me two packets of butter. Waited for my coffee. No luck so went to ask. The guy forgot to give it to the girl on coffee. It wasn't bad. Friendly Staff. The Cafe not busy. Clean. Hope they get there act going better.

   It is such a shame that this cafe is not a good one as its in a great place and the only cafe option for quite some distance. Food is pretty bad, prices are more akin to much higher quality food. The food levels are more tuck shop than good cafe.

   Really disappointing. The place looks unclean and needs a revamp desperately. Staff look frazzled and like they don't know what they're doing (saw dishes getting mixed up on other tables, waitress didn't know what the food was). The portions are tiny with a large price tag and are swimming in oil. Went to McDonald's afterwards because I was still hungry and didn't want to risk the long wait for something else that is mediocre at best.

   Dirty, uncared for with signs on doors well out of date and half ripped. Floors dirty, cat bed in corner just filthy and right where the tables are. Outside chairs covered in bird poo. We were there first thing yesterday morning and they hadn’t been cleaned off for goodness knows how long. Doorway tracks haven’t been cleaned in ages. Young wait staff with long hair not tied back and brushing the tables as they place food down. Very disappointing as it has been one of our faves. Won’t be back.
