   I drove 90 minutes to this store specifically to use a voucher, after failing to find any customer service at the Bayfair branch — only to discover that Adairs seems to have a nationwide shortage of it. I was looking for a specific item and, when I finally received assistance, I was told they didn’t have any. Moments later, I found it myself — only to be met with a flimsy excuse for why the staff member didn’t know it was there. Meanwhile, three staff members seemed more focused on greeting new arrivals than actually processing my purchase. I even had to insist that my transaction be sent to the POS so I could pay (and leave). For a brand that once traded on its quality and service, this experience was a complete embarrassment. Adairs, you can keep your forced smiles and scripted greetings — I won’t be back to hear them.

   I absolutely love this beautifully designed homewares store! The 'So Inspired' section features an impressive range of stylish decor items, from ceramics and vases to cushions and throws. Their bedroom displays are particularly stunning - I was drawn to the textured bedspreads, a mix of decorative pillows in neutral tones with navy accents, and the bird artwork that adds character. The store's layout makes shopping enjoyable, with themed sections and vignettes that help you envision how pieces would look in your home. The 'Complete the Look' wall of artwork offers great inspiration. They have a thoughtful selection of both practical and decorative items - quality bedding, kitchenware, baskets, throw blankets, and small furniture pieces. Perfect spot if you're looking to refresh your home decor or find a special gift. Bright, well-organized space with helpful staff. Highly recommend!

   Took 20 days for my order to arrive. No where during checkout did it mention my order was coming from AU when I’m shopping on and NZ website. I emailed multiple times asking where it tells you that? They never answer. Only after checking out so you then get a emails saying it’s shipped from overseas. I will never shop online again as what I brought was for an event that was missed.

   Rosina is such an asset to Adairs Hamilton. Her customer service was top notch. Such exceptional service is a rare thing these days but i commend her for the politeness and kindness she kept throughout the store. She did convince me to become a member too.

   Catherine (I hope I spelled that right!) was extremely helpful and patient as I wanted the a certain quilt cover where the only one left in the store was on one of the beds! Also helped me fix my Linen Lover’s card issue. Thanks again for your amazing service ☺️

   Spent 10 minutes looking for looking what I wanted. Neither girl offered to help although they did approach customers who came in after me. Then I waited patiently at counter while another customer was being served (15min) as probs with terminal. Then finally my turn and the girl walks to the next counter and serves a lady who had just arrived. I felt invisible left my proposed purchase as I didn't have any more time to wait. Poor service. Suggest the staff be more observant it's not as if you were busy and I stood there long enough. In contrast the lady who served me prior to Xmas was great. Maybe staff training in customer service needed

   Placed order end of November to "Get in time for Christmas" as advertised online. Have only just now received a letter saying it has been shipped and see tracking link. There was also a line saying "Due to shipping there could be delays up to 19 business days (=11th Jan). The shipping link says it has not yet been shipped though, so not sure why it has already taken 15 days to get nowhere??

   Last Tuesday my daughter in law and I went shopping for new bed linen at Adairs The Base Te Rapa, I just want to express how good the service was from the lady that served us (wish I remembered her name) nothing was too hard and she went out of her way to help! So, thank you very much!! You are an absolute credit to Adairs :)
