   Had a negative experience while working onsite with the Kingwood furniture team at the Hamilton Museum Excite. One of the tradespersons with ginger hair was frankly quite rude and difficult to work with. He seemed to place far more importance on the work he was doing and was inconsiderate of others around him. Overall was unimpressed with the way Kingwood Furniture conducted themselves as professionals.

   Wonderful service from Vaughn and Glenys (apologies if I'm transcribing your names wrong!) Called up about some hardwood machining and they were patient and extremely helpful and the prices are great too. Will be in soon to have the work done, thanks a lot guys :)

   Do NOT use Kingwood Furniture for custom work.! I took my own sourced Kauri in to be made into chairs. As we're tall, I requested extra height to the legs, this WAS written on their "job sheet". I went in for pick up, they'd split timber on EACH chair when joining, and NO extra height was added. They REFUSED to replace my ruined Kauri (is hard to come by) and pulled all the chair frames apart before return, further splitting & breaking even more wood.. Atrocious behavior & they don't stand by their work/mistakes, BEWARE.
