Unprofessional, Unreliable, and Completely Disrespectful .. If I had the option to give no stars, I absolutely would. This has been one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences I’ve had with any company. I chose your service purely because of your location — I thought working with a local supplier would be simple and convenient. But instead, it’s been a complete nightmare. On Saturday, I told you clearly that I was coming and that I would make the payment upon arrival, just like we previously discussed. But you didn’t wait. You left before I got there, without any notice. That left me unable to pay or collect the equipment, which forced me to cancel the entire event. This is now the second time this has happened. Two events — planned, organized, and paid for — ruined because of your unreliability and lack of professionalism. What makes this even worse is the total lack of accountability. No apology. No explanation. No attempt to make it right. Just silence. It honestly makes me wonder if there’s something more going on here. We’ve been nothing but respectful and cooperative — and yet, we’re being treated like we don’t matter. If this is personal, or worse, discriminatory, that’s completely unacceptable. We’re not scammers. We have nothing to hide. If you doubt our integrity, check our records. But the way we’ve been treated is unfair and deeply upsetting. We gave you a chance — twice — and were failed both times. You’ve lost our trust, and we’ll be making sure others know what happened. Awesome after sale response. I received a product which had a defective knob and Jono replied back after hours to help me with a quick replacement with no questions asked. I work in banking industry and this is what clients need, after sales support. Highly recommended.
Always great service from Jono and Jess. Very knowledgeable team, and always open to helping you get what you need at a good price. Service is something they do well. Always a pleasure to pop and and grab something and ask for advice. The showroom is getting better and better each time I pop in with new stock in constantly.
