Every time I go here the staff are so lovely and helpful, great range of clothing too! Won’t go anywhere else. 10/10
Every time I go there the girls seem to have the worst attitudes, no greetings, no customer service, can’t even smile. Just staying at the tills on their phones or on the floor acting like the customers are in their way, not nice at all. Go to Cotton On across from them and they are totally opposite, much better service and smiley faces.
Visiting Hamilton from Northland and went to Cotton On at The Base. The staff were all so lovely and helpful especially Kelly. Unfortunately in many retails stores customer service has really dropped, but these girls were great! Thanks for a great experience.
Asked for help and the shop assistant was no help what so ever, she was more interested in having a gossip session with the other shop assistants!!!
Got pants from Cotton on which had bubbles all over in first wash. When take back, the manager spoke to us like she was doing a favour on us by refunding. Have had bad experiences in past as well. When asked she says “IT’S NOT MY FAULT, IT IS MY COMPANY WHO OPERATES LIKE THAT”
