   I had a great experience shopping here. The staff Mini and Manager has been really helpful, I got my first business suit from them after they help me find what best suits me. They are always a pleasure visiting them. It always good to have great customer experience specially you don’t know what you want. Thank you.

   I was there today, while in the changing room the older lady staff member Marie pulled open the curtain, when she saw me in only my under garments she closed the curtain then apologised from the other side and carried on. I was furious and embarrassed having a stranger see me without my permission. I popped my head out to ask her why she did that, and why she didn’t ask “is anyone in there” she just looked at me and responded “yeah sorry” and carried on opening the next rooms curtain. I immediately put my clothes back on, when I came out Marie was gone. I guess it was just another day for her? I have never had anything like this happen to me, retail sales people always announce themselves as staff and ask “is anyone in there or if they need help with sizes” Marie’s lack of care & accountability was extremely unprofessional, she violated my privacy to change safely in the stores changing room. Surely there are processes in place on how to deal with situations in the changing room, if not there should be. I left feeling uncomfortable and without buying the items I wanted. Consider retraining staff in customer care currently it's appalling!!

   If I could give no stars I would. Staff stand around doing nothing and don’t even acknowledge their customers. Real shame I use to love going into this store.

   My package sat at pbt couriers for over a week ordered 17th turned up 4th November with blade slice in puffer jacket and squashed hats !!

   I have been a loyal customer for years & in the last 3 months I have walked in the Hamilton store & apparently acknowledging a customer is no longer required. Very disappointing. Do better

   Fantastic shopping experience at this store with Laren. She is totally amazing! Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Bought lots of beautiful items and will definitely go back. Keep her at this store please, there was no one as good as her in a long time! Beautiful clothes and great service - winning combination!

   Please go to Decjuba at the Base - ask for Alana - she is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING - I just had the best shopping experience of my life. Alana was so helpful, so knowledgeable and knew exactly what would suit me best, and I came out with armfuls of goodies.
