   From the moment we walked into the store, we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome that set the tone for an exceptional visit. We initially came in just to window shop, but the attentive service from a young team member quickly caught our attention. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in assisting us. Soon after, Clint stepped in to offer further advice and support, working seamlessly with his team. Their combined effort and professionalism completely won us over — we were sold! They truly went above and beyond to make our experience outstanding. What really stood out was the contrast with another store we had visited just 20 minutes earlier, where staff were too busy gossiping to even acknowledge us, despite standing right beside them. That lack of attention cost them a sale (sadly...not that they would care) — and Clint and his team gained loyal customers instead. We live two hours away, but we’ll definitely be back. Other retail outlets could learn a lot from the way this team operates. They know what they’re doing, and they do it exceptionally well. Thanks team Mike and Debs..

   The team were amazing at helping me to find the correct tools for my young daughters trade, as I was clueless. They recommended everything she needed, and did not attempt to sell me anything she did not need. There was a fault in one of the drills. It was not a problem and was solved immediately without any hassle. I will only buy tools from this store from now on. Highly recommended.

   love this shop , i dont give out many 5 stars but they saved me again this week , open on a sunday everything in stock and well priced but its the staff that make this place great . anyone after an air powered nail gun their home brand which is now 3 years old and done a ton of work is topnotch

   We found The Toolshed very helpful when needing to get tools and other building supplies. They have a big range of building tools and DIY supplies. Its more easily reached than the other one they had in town where the parking was to small. I mentione to most of the Foster apprentices to go to the store to get their tools and apron as being so close to the office where they meet monthly. I enjoyed the experience seeing the Makita and De-Walt tool expo there was other big brands on the day too,  the best part was trying out some of the tools that where on show. If you buy a tool at this time you would get the best deal. Parking out side the store is well allocated very nice and spacious. Staff are helpful there is always a deal on you can look at the catalogue to see what's on. If you cant find it ask a member of staff and they'll see if it can be ordered in for you. The shop floor was nice and clean, well managed and tidy. They are a well established company ,putting family first would recommend supporting local business and local Builders

   I dropped in to pick up some items just recently and was blown away by the service here at this particular branch. A young guy came down the isle to find me and check in if I was okay and if I needed help within the minute of arriving. Quick and efficient, great customer service. Really impressed. Great job team keep it up. On the product side of it, I've been using toolshed now for the past few years and even their company branded products are brilliant, such decent quality for price. They have gained trust with their products, and I'll continue to use them along with, I trust, meant other customers.
