   Went into store this morning to get an A1 poster printed. Hailey served me and she was patient with me as I figured out what I was wanting, gave me options and advice on printing. I also purchased a frame for the poster to go in so she helped get the poster to the correct size and put it in the frame for me as well, making adjustments so it looked perfect. Super impressed with the quality of the service I received, thanks Hailey!

   I send a canvas to be printed, for a gift, We send d it with enough time, we received the notification that it was being printed and itl be ready to be collected soon so after an hour drove there to pick it up. For my surprise they didn't printed, because they run out of canvas. At least you would think that they will ring or send a notification saying that it got cancel, which would be the comon sense to do, at least an apologize for that, but we receive nothing. Not even an apology when I arrive. Just a "we send the notification that I been printed but then we realized that we run out of canva, you haven't pay for it so doesn't matter" from Sam. Just to lazy to do the work properly. Waste my time, my gas, a leave me without a gift, There is a lot of good people without jobs and you hired the incompetent ones. Thanks for wasting my time and money.

   Got my poster laminated turned out awesome, did how ever have to wait for it to warm up tho. Wonder if you can ring before hand and get it warmed up before you go in so it doesn't take too long?

   Had to get some document printing done without going to a business centre. Buy your warehouse stationery card and load credit onto it and print stuff yourself- cheaper and faster than giving it to the staff to do. Lots of choices for printers, toners, office furniture etc

   What a terrible shopping experience we had today at Warehouse Stationery Fraser Cove. My wife and I went there to buy an office chair as a Christmas present . There were three people behind the counter, but after I asked for some assistance, there was no reaction.. After waiting some minutes, we, and our $350 -$400 sale walked out the door. What a great way to lose business, as easy as just ignoring a customer!
