   Very rude staff. I inquired about the car and asked for more details via email. The sales guy Adrian sent me that info. In less than 24 hours, he sent me a rude email claiming I didn’t reply to his email and that he spent time providing me with the information (which is part of his job). Well, I can only imagine what kind of post-sale service they would offer. Probably never will deal with them. Avoid it if you can.

   Brendon was great to deal with from trading my old 2011 ford focus zetec to getting a new 2019 ford escape I love the way the whole process was so smooth and he explained everything. He went out and belong. Highly recommend him if you are getting a used car from them. Definitely worth the drive from bay of plenty. Customer service is excellent. After sale support was great too.

   Most expensive car service certre ever. Took months to get stuff done. Never call back and no mercy. My car went in fine and came out there with engine light on and in limp mode. Never done it before. To scared to take it back as they will charge like a wounded bull. It will be a''new'' problem....
