Very disappointed with my last encounter here. We had been getting our Cx5 serviced here for over 2 years with no complaints. Then at my last service they noted the brake pads were low, but they did NOT advise me to get them changed (if they advised me to I would have). 4000km later I brought my CX5 in for a check because of a squeaking noise. Turns out a rear brake pad was completely worn through and the rotor was gouged badly. This ended up costing $763. And to be honest I'm not pissed about the extra money it's costed us. It's the fact that they can see I have a car seat in the back for a little one, and they failed to do the service we enough to prevent a brake issue for happening. They did say the brake pad wearing out was due to multiple factors, braking resistance, how hard you drive the vechile etc. I am a total Nana driver, I never break hard. I mostly use my car for town driving and dropping my little one to daycare. We never toe anything with my car. I feel like it was neglect on their part to not male sure that my brake pads were safe for another 10000km. Surely they are supposed to make sure your brakes don't fail before the next service right??
Great service from the team at Fairview Mazda. Jenny and James are awesome with their communication and greetings. I feel sorry for them to have to greet me outside in winter, very harsh. A warm office is kinder on both. As usual, my car is always presented back to me washed and groomed. Love it !!!
We are getting older I am now 90, up until this year we have brought our car in, enjoyed a loan car, but this year experienced having our car being picked up and then delivered back. It was a gret experience.

Nice, friendly, and very cooperative staff. customer service is fantastic. I like they way they hand over the car after service i.e very clean and tidy.
