   I'm very grateful for the help the Parts & Service guys provided late on a Friday afternoon when I got a puncture on my way home from work. The team went out of their way to find a replacement tyre for my scooter to get me back on the road and commuting. Awesome service this time and on previous occasions too.    Not recommended at all. The girl behind counter told me a quote to do some simple work on my crf450 start of the year. it came back double and she was oddly saying that she did the work her self when she's just in behind the counter lady. Very bizarre.. She did put the total prise back to quote tho hence not 1 star charged over 100 dollars to pump some air into front fork as they air shocks.

   I do recommend to buy a motorcycle from Hamilton Honda. I am an actually Aucklander and bought below model 2016 CBR with promotion price only 5k as brend new which never can find like this promotion in Auckland. Unluckily I had a small problem on my bike at night time and raining day on highway, but the director Peter was willing to help me at the rainy night and changed to another new bike without any hesitation, even he delivered the bike to my home. I would like to share his very responsible and clear customer service. Thank you again Hamilton Honda.
