   was served by a woman named juile, very unpleasant experience. I felt uncomfortable and pressured to purchase items that I didn’t like. Will not be shopping here ever again.

   Shopped here on Monday and asked when the promotion finished. I was told "Probably in a couple of days". I thought to myself they really should know when it ends and left. Went back a while later to try on shoes with my friend and was again told the sale ends in a couple of days. I purchased shoes and we left. My friend went back the next day, Tuesday and was told the sale had ended! She was told the sales always end on a Monday. Yes sales have to change, I get that but the staff should give you the correct information when you ask. Very frustrating and disappointing.

   Like the last customer review, I too am providing a poor review for the same reason. I spent ages trying to choose some insoles for my deuce shoes, only to get to the payment process and the cashier saying we dont accept cash. I read the response below and I honestly think it's a cop out. Yes, it's tough but every other store in bayfair and the wider retail sector make it work, why can't you. I have been an avid buyer of Deuce shoes for work & buying other shoes/boots on a yearly basis and won't be buying from you again for this very reason. Last I knew cash IS legal tender. Make it work for your loyal customers Merchant Bayfair!!

   I am actully very disturbed by my shopping experience at your store today. I came in to buy shoes for my daughters wedding, chose and tried on the pair I wanted. As they weren't available in my size, I went through the very long process to get all my personal information to order them via another store. As I had to pay for them before they could be ordered, the assistant rang up the sale but balked when I went to pay with cash. Oh no she said, we are a CASHLESS store! My goodness, I was shocked! Here was me thinking cash is still legal tender in NZ????? Apparently not folks!! They actually let me walk out of their store leaving a $250 purchase on the counter. I will never shop here again, or any store that forces people to pay with cards, if you don't need my $250 then I will give it to someone who does. Cancelled!

   Went in today for a pair of heels but was unsure on which ones I really wanted but Bienne, William and Bri were super awesome (and patient!) helping me to decide on which ones I wanted to go with and explaining what products I could use to care for the heels/making them more comfortable (grips, shoe polish etc). Really great customer service from all three of them!

   Love this shop, every pair of Isabella Anselmi shoes I have had has lasted me well and been very comfortable. The staff are always lovley to deal with and have excellent customer service. I have made a 5 star review because of the above, although I will add; every time I have been there, the manager I believe (a blonde woman) has been so rude to her staff, one time even throwing something into the store for them to pick up. I have seen this kind of attitude three times, and have never had a pleasant encounter with this particular woman. I hope to see a change because the other staff do not deserve that treatment.
