First of all, 5* for the staff at YD bayfair, they are excellent at their jobs and if I was only scoring service I'd give 5 stars. I give however only 3 stars, due to the quality of the product. YD occupy the price point, just below Barkers, however in my experience, the product quality is sadly closer to fast fashion outlets such as cotton on (which are way cheaper) Barkers has become a bit ridiculous with their prices lately, so I feel YD can really make a go of things if they up their product quality. However fabrics wash out quickly, garments lose shape, they are good for a few washes then start to look tatty. For 20 dollars more I can buy a barkers shirt or knitwear that will last 3-4 years vs a YD garment that will last 1 year, this is honest feedback, I want YD to do well and fill that gap in the market of the mid range but affordable menswear, just improve the quality and they will have it nailed.
