Older lady and a younger lady on when I came in.. pity they were chained to the counter having a conversation.. might've made some sales if they were allowed out!! I can see why the store has been shunned out to the car park!!
Just been the Bayfair store and served by Sherryn. What wonderful service she could not have been more helpful. She was very patient as I have one or two issues with getting the right shoes. Thank you Sherryn.
If this is the Bayfair store then the service isn't great. Three young girls huddled around the checkout computer chatting away. I had to walk up and ask for assistance. Not good especially at this time of the year.

Well staffed, pleasant store. But not a lot of shoes on actual display - you have to ask to see what they have out the back of a certain type, e.g. running shoes. Still, I've been happily buying shoes here for a couple decades :-)
