   I had the most amazing experience with Gabi (the young blonde lady) on Black Friday in the bayfair store. Even with the store being so busy, she managed to serve myself and four other customers at the same time, all while helping me find two different styles and types of shoes. She went above all measures to make sure I was sorted with the perfect pairs. I made sure to let the team know how incredible her customer service was — she truly exceeded expectations and made my shopping experience so enjoyable. She deserves recognition for how hard she works and the effort she puts into helping her customers.

   Just came in to get a refund for a purchase I made in Plat Manawa Bay. The girl (I believe she's the Assistant Manager) was so lovely, went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of, and didnt make it feel like a hassle for them. So grateful to the team in Plat Bayfair!

   Bayfair store, the staff were so helpful with my exchange as I brought the wrong size online. Informed me on the phone what to do and said there was my size in store. Wonderful girls friendly, happy and knowledgeable. Thank you I will be in your shop again as a great experience.

   "HAVE" to give email address for purchase which I didn't want to (spam etc). And because of that didn't get a receipt... fair enough. Last time you get any of my money. Also busy weekend and while I understand staff have routine they are trained to complete there needs to be a shorter version of the routine when it's busy

   Good experience, cool staff ready for a laugh, patient and efficient, I personally dislike shopping malls but Platypus was a good reprieve. Good prices too, I give 4 stars because I don't like pop music and it was still in a mall haha
