Spent about half hour in there yesterday and not one sales person acknowledged me. Went to another local store and bought 2pr runners. No wonder rebel is suffering with sales.

The only issue was trying to find someone to assist in obtaining a pair of shoes that were out of reach. Had to ask three times. Managed to get someone. Got what I needed. But, will probably order click and collect next time.
Took as 3 visit to the store to be able to buy a pair of shoes. on a Sunday the shoe section was a mess, could not find anything. went back Tuesday, after been in the store for 25 minutes 3 staff member walked pass , never mind asking if i needed help... i went to get someone to showed her the shoes i was looking for my son. She went at the back came back to let me know they do have the shoes, but she can sell them to me because they have already "scan" the stock at the back so told me to go back next day....what an absolutly joke!
A good a store before and after it's upgrade unfortunately now it is so overpacked with stock (but doesn't carry everything advertised online) and in turn makes it difficult is to find what you are looking for in a hurry. Keeping it simple is not in this stores action plan but confuse and bewilder their customers is. I am sure thst cramming lots of stock in a store is a marketing ploy to entice you to buy something you don't need. Staff are sparse in the aisles and countless racks of goods but can be habitually found conversing at the counter where you will find them after being bombarded by merchandise as you worm your way forward, flash backs to Kmart anyone? The staff are worth finding. Amongst the sea of clothes, shoes and the mini basketball court (yes, I kid you not) there is a lone computer in a coveted quiet corner which you can order on and save shipping costs if the item is not in stock. See or call them them if you notice a purchased product has gone of sale not long after you have paid for it, they are accommodating. Will I go back? Probably but I will remind myself to not be taken in by items, addons or its calm before the storm exterior like Hansel and Gretel were with candy and refuge it never ends well.
Bought a pair of golf trainers(online order) and right shoe was digging onto my feet. Return it with no hassle. Great team at Rebel sport Te Awa.

Currently under going refurbishing. All done looks great!!! Great deals on current stock. Parking outside front. There is a play park and toilets out side. I have been in the store for 40 minutes I have asked a member of staff at the change rooms to see if any other staff member was able to assist me in the children's shoe section nobody has come to help it's simple maths guys $100 a pair of shoes 5 children its whether you want that amount, can you tell or not I don't need to spend my money here!!!
