Waited 30mins for some shoes getting picked up from storage. Had to re-ask multiple times if they are still coming, only to be then told in the end they never had them to begin with.
Really disappointing experience. Friday 17/01 at 8pm I was with my friend who was exchanging some shoes. Two girls at the desk were talking while my friend was waiting to be served. They spoke to her rudely and kept pulling funny faces towards each other as my friend was talking. Later in the conversation one girl just sat on the desk scrolling through her phone. We felt super unwelcome by these girls and shocked by their attitudes. Being kind and talking to people with respect is how you should act working in a customer service role. Not even a single smile from these girls. If I acted this way at my place of work I would most likely be fired.
I was served at 8pm this evening (17/01/2025) by two girls with really bad attitudes. I approached the counter where both of the girls were standing and talking. Neither of them acknowledged me standing in-front of them until I awkwardly spoke to get their attention. Neither of them seemed like they wanted anything to do with me. They both spoke to me with blank faces and rude tones. I felt extremely uncomfortable the whole time. My friends noticed they even made faces at each other while I wasn’t looking! My friends and I were absolutely shocked by their lack of professionalism and basic customer service. I’m surprised rude people like this have jobs in customer service. I will not be returning to this store.
Girl in the glasses had a real attitude with us. Asked her to put some shoes on hold for half an hour while we go check out another store, said we will likely be back to purchase. She said”our store doesn’t do holds”. So I said to her surely you do? That’s just weird if you don’t, so she said fine and threw the shoes on the ground! Rubbish! She was a terrible sales assistant and needs training, hope she’s not the manager. We ended up going to north beach and spending $400 there. Good job!
Really enjoyed my shop here, was served by an absolute chad, Caleb, who was kind and courteous. Even when the store was busy, he was helpful and pointed out that the shoes I was looking at were sized differently than I thought. Super happy with my shoes, and I will be returning to this store and telling my friends!
girls in there today, great customer service for my daughter, who purchased 3 pairs of shoes, very helpful young girls, and a great discount special that they had on, excellent service, very happy indeed, shoes that where ordered that werent in stock already in the post, thanks girls
Been in here three or four times. Was ignored everytime. Once the attendant served the person in line behind me and invited them to jump in front of me. One other time the worker asked the other two customers near me if they needed assistance and when I had been the only customer for the first 5-10 mins. I put my purchase back both times and drove to Chartwell which was a complete 180. Was greeted and tended to and they were super inviting.
Absolutely lovely service from the lady in there, my friend went in to get some platform crocs and she was so friendly to deal with and even noticed I was struggling holding a lot of other stuff from stores that didn’t give me a bag, so she offered one and free of charge. Honest lifesaver of my day :)
Came in to buy some converses between 3-5 pm on Wednesday. The girl that served me was amaaaazing, all genuine smiles and conversation. Felt like she really enjoyed working and interacting with customers, the whole team were great!
To ladys dealing with one person. We stood in line for 15minz still we didnt get the shoes we wanted because the to ladys still dealing with this one person. Wont be going there again Hamilton town is better.
