The sales assistant is very helpful. They didn't stock the part we were looking for. But she looked that online and guided me to another shop that had the part. Thanks so much.
Poor customer service, unwilling to help and very rude. I dealt with a John Atkins who said he was the manager. Do not recommend.
Really appreciate you being open on a Saturday morning providing a fantastic service to those of us that don't get the chance or have someone to do errands during weekdays.

Hornby staff were so fixed within half an hour (about 11am) of closing on Saturday. Top level of "find a store" states "12pm" closing which I later found out after selecting the store details is "11:30am". Overheard them saying to one another not to answer the phone to someone whom rung at "11:20am" because the website clearly states 11:30am which it doesn't. The person I was dealing with cared more about getting the sale through quickly than recommending that I get an adapter to go from a bspp to a metric fitting after seeing that the two partly screw together probably damaging the threads in the process. I had to say "this won't work do you have an adapter" to which they said they do. Luckly I knew what I was doing, if I didn't I would have gone home with a leaky fitting which I needed urgently to use right away for our drinking water supply. Also the cash sale prices were way to high. Hyde's gave much better service and price overall and actually took the time to understand what I was doing. Unless this is your regular trade store I don't recommend them.

Excellent service! I had a tricky problem to solve and the guy was great. Guided me through how to install it. Problem solved! I thought Mico was just a fancy bathroom fittings showroom, but this store is shelves and shelves of plumbing bits and pieces. Exactly what I needed.
