Here for our Team Christmas Lunch - place was busy and due to the size of our group we had to pre order our dishes. Food came out in good time and everyone enjoyed their meals. Definitely a good choice coming and would come again.
A nice wee place tucked away from the street. Great atmosphere, lovely staff. The bartender!! The cocktails were ON!! Enjoyed watching them and others being made. Of the 3 different cocktails the palette pleaser was the KΔkΔpo for me. A very refreshing drink. The Chicken and Corn Dumplings were my favourite eats of the night, followed by the Mussels and the Tiramasu. All of our food was tasty to be honest, those just stood out the most. Loved that they had alot of Gluten free option for my mum to choose from. I will definately be back and will bring friends. I have my eye on the Seared Ahi Tuna and a few more yummy morsels. Thank you for a lovely night at your establishment. Our table of 3 had a beaut night of banter and of course my laughter.
So pleased to have discovered this restaurant! We are always on the lookout for an artistic dining experience that is creative, distinctive and journey of new and wonderful discoveries. Some of these treasures were the combination of little puffed seeds and pomegranate as a garnish on the pakora(highly recommended) and the textures of the wild boar skewers(also mind blowing). Each dish is a stand alone piece and we were very happy that the wait staff brought them out separately so the we could share each one without mixing flavours. The chef also managed the floor and it was lovely to have opportunity to engage and ask about the flavours. Highlights: Pakora, Wild Boar, top three desserts, and cocktails. New favourite restaurant.
Great food & amazing service here! Stepped into the place around 830 & the kind service staff was enthusiastic about food recommendations & constantly checked on us to see if we needed anything else. The tuna, Thai salad & garlic prawns were absolutely fantastic but not that big a fan of the Pork Belly nor fried rice. Easily the best food we have had in New Zealand over our 10 day trip!
I like the food, Prawn noodle so good, Tuna, squid, Thanks for the wonderful service. By the way, IPA is my favourite!
This place is one of our favourites in Chch. The service from Olivier was attentive yet understated (you donβt feel like heβs interrupting you at all), his music is always en pointe. The food is close to perfect, our favourite so far is the Ahi tuna, mushroom taco, market fish and eggplant. Drinks are also amazing. Canβt stop raving about this place!!
