   On Boxing Day, I ordered for web pickup, and got confirmation 30 minutes later. On arriving, the place was so busy! The queue was huge, but well managed and quickly moving. And the folks at Web Pickups couldn't find it. I felt sorry for the guy assisting me. They say the real test for a business is when things go wrong. In the midst of chaos, one of the team ran off and picked for me while I waited. PBTech has been around for a long time now, and has good customer loyalty (not just because they are well priced). Experiences like today are a reminder why I use them - I don't want hassle, I want good value and issues solved quickly.

   A truly waste of time store. I purchased a Samsung watch in October, which overheated everything i charged it. Took it back- they then sent back to Samsung for testing. It's 2 months since... and I'm still without a watch. - despite me calling and inquiring about the status. I will definitely NOT be supporting this branch again. I get the same repeated screen notes from every person I speak with - bordering on incompentence. No one can give you an exact answer. They're quick to want your sale for the money, but they suck at after sales service. Text from last week - its the following Friday already: PB Tech Job No......... Message from Lester PB Tech PB Manukau Branch. Dear ........After checking with technician, that they say samsung next drop off device will be tuesday or wednesday. Once we recieved your unit we will let you know for pick up. Thank you

   Purchased a Dash Cam through the head office. The camera is great, picture quality is fantastic and number plates are very readable. Viofo once again has done a great job with the camera and I will continue to buy their products. I do recommend this camera to others. However, I cannot recommend purchasing this camera through PBTech. The camera arrived at my house, box was pretty beat up, and there was a critical thing missing, the cable that goes from the front of the car to the rear of the car, kind of important. I contacted support and got no response after about 5 working days, so I called them about it and someone told me they would send out the correct cable and update my job ticket. There was no update on my job ticket nor any follow up with the item being sent, it just arrived a week later. I tried this cable with the cameras, it did not work. PBTech had sent me the Viofo A129 6M cable that is listed on their website, this one however is for the A129 PLUS and is not compatible with the A129 Pro (even though the listing says it does). They do not list the correct cable on their website. I then went into my local store, where the store clerk told me that as per the manual the rear cable is optional (which is redundant because I have the optional GPS and Rear camera included in the box, and so should the cable for this camera as there is no option to select it nor does the listing say it's not included). They would not accept a return in store and directed me to the online returns process. So I went to the supplier directly, Viofo, who not only were super quick in their response to my emails. They correctly identified that the cable PBTech sent me was wrong, and offered to send me a replacement free of charge from China, it arrived within a week with tracking. I have since installed this cable and it is working great. Moral of the story is just to buy the camera direct from the supplier using their online store.

   Fantastic experience with staff Cindy at manakau branch who is a true product expert , she knows her stuff, friendly and honest conversation. PB tech should hold her and promote her very soon...Her temperament is 100/100. Spent 25 mins but No where was I pressured nor rushed to buy a product. Good work Cindy...Keep up the service standards.

   Hi Friends, just let you know if you go and shop at PB Tech Manukau, on rainy day be careful, please ☺️ On monday 21/08/2023 12:30 pm I slipped and fell down on the corner of the front PB tech door when was full with heavy rain water, and their is uneven surface when you come out from the shop.    Staff is rude and laughed loudly at our back at our pronunciation of an item that we were looking for. Serious felt had been discriminated. It's ok if you let us know the correct pronunciation but it's NOT OK to mocking customer in this way. Terrible customer service.

   There was one sales rep(guy) that helped me choose a phone on 21/08/23 which is perfect for me. Thank you for your extensive knowledge and great customer service. I brought the S20, which is budget friendly and reliable. Definitely coming back.

   There is an employee named Andrew Wu, who has a bad service attitude. There is no smile in the whole service process, he keeps a straight face and speaks stiffly and coldly. He seems to want to tell everyone that I am very angry and trying to hold down my anger to serve you as the cashier, so you'd better not provoke me.
