   Thank you Winston for your exceptional friendly, courteous customer service. I had been keeping an eye on the price of a Bosch front load washing machine and Lim Electronics had the best price by far. I’m so glad I walked into your store that day as you are very knowledgeable. I’m happy to highly recommend this store to everyone not only for the customer service but for the high quality appliances they sell and very competitive prices - it’s my new favourite and ‘I’ll be back’!! The washing machine is amazing btw!

   Great options and even better customer service. My partner and I have just moved into our first home and a couple months ago were appliance shopping. We were recommended 100% Lim Electronic by a good friend and they did not disappoint. Winston looked after us from the second we stepped in listening to our needs and helped us find a awesome bundle for our washing machine, fridge and microwave which came with a cashback from a running promotion. Day of our move in, our delivery man arrived on the dot of the advised arrival time and installed all our appliances within 20 minutes. Unfortunately didn't catch his name but he was awesome and efficient. Thanks Winston and team for looking after us. If you're in need of appliances look no further then 100% Lim!!!    I went so many shops to look for a new bed for my son, they won’t tell me what’s the difference of material of the base and the function of mattress. Until I went to Winston, he is so knowledgeable about the product and I got all my answers. Thanks so much Winston, definitely I will come back for future needs and recommend it to all my friends as well.Thanks Allen and Dylan, they did great job to deliver bed and install it and even they took the plastic covers away.    Vanessa went above and beyond to help me with my new TV today. It started with being very responsive to email queries, and then staff being on site for extended holiday hours. She helped me carefully get the new set to my car and strap it in for a safe journey, and also took care of disposal of my previous set, because I made a purchase from them today. Really appreciate that you all are working on the holidays, and managing a busy day so well. Fantastic service out of everyone there today. I look forward to returning one day soon to check out the vacuum cleaners.

   This place is so good! We were in the market for a new clothes dryer. Shopped around but couldn't really decide on what to get. Had been to other stores but no one could answer the specific questions I had. Then I found this place! These guys (especially Winston) know their stuff. Could tell me the advantages and disadvantages of each model within my price range. We're the best prices I could find as well. Delivery is cheap and we ended up getting exactly what we were after the next day. Can't recommend this store enough! Also purchased a washing machine from and was updated about a promotion that we qualified, post purchase. Very thankful.
