   Absolutely disappointed with Takanini staff for their lack of customer service skills. Went in at 4.30pm to buy some color match paint. 3 staff standing at the back counter having a chat. Shop wasn't busy at all. Asked them if they can assist with the paint. Their response was they can't as they are closing soon. The shop doesn't close till 5pm. Was told to come back in the morning. I told them as far as I'm concerned the shop is still open and I'd appreciate their assistance. One of the staff responded saying they can't and that I should come earlier next time. Yeah nah, not going back there again. Absolutely useless staff members with really poor customer service.

   Needed window wipers, and thought I would have to suffer putting them on myself. But for a small fee they did it for me. Saving me frustration and time from doing it myself. Yes diy is good but would rather do an outdoor deck that fumbling around with window wipers. They saved me time, thanks SCA!!

   Today, we went to get something from Super Cheap Takanini. The lady staff member whom we ask for the item we want responded so rudely more so her facial expression that she seemed very annoyed for a very simple inquiry. A staff like her needs to be sent to some customer service training to learn some fine manners. It’s a zero star for her.
