   I got my phone fixed here a couple months ago and the screen is such bad quality, it has a weird colour to it and blurry, if i knew that was the case I would’ve gone somewhere else. The screen itself wont stop scrolling up whenever im texting someone or on any apps so it makes it difficult to use, i came back to resolve this issue but it is still happening and can see the light from underneath the screen sticking out. It is really disappointing this is still happening because the customer service was good.

   I went in to get my phone repaired in July, I needed a new screen and a new battery, the lady suggested it asked if I wanted the back fixed too, which I said yes to. We picked up the phone and I was happy with the repair. A month later I applied a pop it on to my phone at the back, did not press firmly, and the back of my phone cracked through! We went back to ask what they can do for us, but straight from the start, the lady knew what we went in for; and tried her best to say no, to no repair or refund. I find it extremely premature for a gphone that had been repaired by this company, to fault so early or so soon after the repair, there is no way that a repair should crack that easily and so soon. She said it came under physical damage, so they could not do anything for me. I don’t understand how my phone broke so easily in one month. I will not go back to this Ty lady, this business and I advise anyone not to trust this lady and her business. At all What I find hilarious is how you you are now trying to make yourself look like the victim, when clearly, me, the owner of the phone DID NOT snatch your phone from you, please stop lying to the public. I did not threaten you at all, you know this is true. One thing I am not, is a liar, and I did not lie about my phone being damaged or cracked by dropping. I put on a pop it, and it cracked, not even pressed down hard and it cracked. I haven’t been to anyone to get this fixed as I want to test how genuine these parts are that you put on other peoples property. If this is not genuine, under the fair trading act, you’ve sold us a part that isn’t genuine; or installed correctly: I came in to your store with the utmost respect, you however have no idea how to treat your customers with customer service. Bad experience. Will let others know about your service, and how your part didn’t even last a month!!

   Got repaired my son's iPad screen the same day. The lady handling the repair was humble, knowledgeable, and skilled. She patiently addressed my concerns about data loss during the repair process. Despite the iPad being badly smashed, it looked brand new after the repair, and they even provided a free glass protector. I highly recommend this place for their excellent service and expertise.
